Eligibility:
- This promotion is open to service-based businesses located in Crawley, West Sussex, UK only.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and must be the business owner or authorized to make decisions on behalf of the business.
- Businesses that have previously availed services from Algorta Solutions are not eligible for this promotion.
Promotion Period:
- The promotion begins on 01/06/2024 and will end once all spots are filled.
- Algorta Solutions reserves the right to extend or shorten the promotion period at its sole discretion.
How to Apply:
- Participants must complete the application form on the Algorta Solutions website.
- Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
Selection Process:
- Algorta Solutions will review applications and select participants based on the fit with the promotional criteria and potential benefit from the service.
- Selection decisions are final and are at the full discretion of Algorta Solutions.
- Selected businesses will be contacted via email or phone to arrange the commencement of services.
Promotional Offer Includes:
- Setting up one social media account.
- Creating a content strategy for one month.
- Designing and posting seven professional social media posts.
Participant Obligations:
- Participants agree to provide feedback and a testimonial upon completion of the social media makeover.
- Participants must be willing to have before and after results of their social media profiles shared in case studies or promotional materials.
General Conditions:
- Participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the promotion.
- Algorta Solutions reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion should any unforeseen circumstances or events outside its control affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion.
Liability and Indemnity:
- Algorta Solutions will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the promotional service, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
